Volunteer Policy

Fresno Unified has adopted a Board Policy regarding volunteers.  As part of our District’s commitment to the safety of ALL our students and staff, parent/guardians and community members who are planning to volunteer anywhere on campus (classroom, cafeteria, library, playground, field trips, etc.) are no expected to complete a VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM each year.  A $34.00 fingerprinting fee, at the expense of the volunteer, will ONLY be needed for volunteers who are supervising/chaperoning students off campus without the immediate presence of a teacher or administrator.
